TeeFox is tee-time intelligence for golf course operators.
TeeFox tracks the tee sheets of roughly 8,600 golf courses across 20+ tee-sheet platforms, recording every published slot, its price, how many player spots are open, and how that changes over time. We turn that into a report on how the courses near you are performing.

Your course, named. The market around it, measured.
One report for one market. Your course is compared against an anonymised peer group of the courses nearby, on the numbers that decide a tee sheet's week.
The report shown is an example with illustrative figures.
Your course vs its market
Peer group of 6 · last 8 weeksWhat does TeeFox measure?
For the courses in a market: published capacity, pricing by day and time, how far ahead tee sheets open and fill, online-visible utilization with a stated confidence, and the email promotions those courses run, each lined up against the booking data from the same days.

Who is TeeFox for?
Golf course operators, owners and general managers at public and semi-private courses who set tee-sheet pricing and run promotions, and want to know how the courses near them are performing.
Where does the data come from?
From the web, at scale, and from the tee sheets themselves.
TeeFox reads the tee times courses already publish across 20+ tee-sheet platforms, and for many courses it also connects natively to the tee sheet. Where there is no native connection, agentic web patterns pull sheet data without a formal partnership.
We have been recording tee sheets since August 2025: more than 100 million published tee times and 300 million changes to them. A report for your market starts with that history, not with the day you ask.
Nearby courses are rolled up into anonymised peer groups; only your own course is named and compared against its market.

How do you get a report?
TeeFox launches as a one-time paid report for a chosen market, followed by ongoing access by subscription with premium features, on existing TeeFox accounts and billing.
Tell us the market you want measured and we will reply with what the report will cover and when it can be ready.
